EVENT LAYOUT
Check-in takes place at the venue entrance. Once inside, competitors will have access to a designated area split into 4 sections. Event rules must be followed to ensure a safe, and smooth tournament.
We recommend that kids arrive at the venue when doors open (time will be announced before each event), and adults aim to arrive 2–3 hours before their scheduled match time.
CHECK IN
All attendees must check in before entering the venue. There will be two separate lines: one for coaches and competitors, and another for spectators.
Upon check-in, you will receive a wristband that must be worn at all times while inside the venue.
If your wristband comes off, please speak to an event official immediately to receive a replacement. No wristband, no entry.
WARM UP AREA
This area is free of entry anytime for competitors and coaches. No spectator access at any time.
Big bags are allowed to be left away from the warm up mat.
Shoes must be worn at all times, except on the warm up mats.
No takeaway food or drinks such as coffee and hot chips are permitted.
WEIGH IN
You may only weigh in if your match is among the next 10 on the schedule (approximately within the next hour).
Matches will be displayed on TVs located in the warm-up area and near the weigh-in station. Please make sure your name is displayed on the match schedule before stepping on the scales.
No large bags and takeaway food or drinks (such as coffee and hot chips) are permitted beyond this point.

After weighing in, please head to your assigned competition mat.
Warm-up mats are labelled with corresponding mat numbers — please stay near your mat number so our officials can easily locate and call you when your division is ready to begin.
If we are unable to locate you after 3 calls, you will be disqualified.

If you need to leave the area, please let your table official know. If we are unable to locate you when your match is called, you will be disqualified.
After your division ends, you may proceed to the podium or remain in the bull pen if you have another division coming up.
